Let me introduce myself... Hey! I’m Ella ♥︎ I found my love for making beaded creations around 16 and haven’t stopped exploring their beauty since. I've come up with some funky designs and spent MANY moons researching and experimenting how to make my pieces using the best quality “ingredients” so they are strong and unique designs that will last you years... And finally, after years of dreaming, they are here for you to enjoy! I hope that you treasure them as much as I do, and that they bring your eyes and hearts happiness as they do mine xx
About our beads
Our beloved Amore earrings have hand-made Italian glass hearts from Murano. Murano is a tiny island next to Venice and it is renowned for it's glassmaking, and the glass beads I source here are of the highest quality.
Below is a video of how the hearts are made, this process is called Lampworking. In this video, you can see how the artist will use the flame to temper the glass rods to become a runny honey-like consistency. This is so they can manipulate it into whatever form they desire!
